Nikita is a Principal at Versant, where she focuses on business development for portfolio companies and sourcing new investment opportunities across Europe and North America. She brings deep expertise in transactions, strategic growth, and value creation for early-stage biotech ventures.

Prior to joining Versant, Nikita was M&A Director at Novartis, where she led and successfully closed the acquisitions of Chinook Therapeutics, Calypso Biotech, and SanReno Therapeutics. She also played a key role in multiple strategic transactions across diverse therapeutic areas.

With over a decade of experience in business development and deal-making, Nikita is passionate about fostering innovation, supporting biotech entrepreneurs, and driving successful exit strategies.

She holds an MBA from Symbiosis International University.
